Song Portfolios

This feature enables one to create and save a group/batch of individual Song Analysis.
It will make access and printing easier and faster.

NOTE: The more airplay each song has, the fewer number of songs that should be included in a single "Song Portfolio." As a rule of thumb, when batching songs together, group approx. 4-5 songs in each "Song Portfolio." The download time for viewing and printing the Song Portfolio batch will be faster and easier.

To get to Song Portfolio:

Click 7-Day Reports from the main menu bar
Select the 7 Day period you wish to review (default is through yesterday).
Under red Song Analysis banner (far right side), click Song Portfolios

To Create a New Song Portfolio:

Under New Portfolio Name box, type in the new report name, add songs to Portfolio (as defined below) and click 'Save Changes' (this option will appear first time you go into this feature).
Click on the drop-down box on right side and highlight "Create New Portfolio".

To Enter Songs into a Song Portfolio:

Under "Matching Titles" header (center left), select "Title" (type song title in bar) or "Artist" (type artist/band name in bar) and hit "Go" button.
You may select "Show All", "Currents", "Currents & Recurrents" or "Gold" options in pull-down bar (top center).
Each song you click on will be added to your Song Portfolio list, alphabetically by artist, under the Current Songs in Your Portfolio" header (center right)
To delete an individual song from your Song Portfolio, simply click on the artist or song under the "Current Songs in Your Portfolio" header (center right)

View Executive Portfolio – 7 Day

Download Spreadsheet – Automatically saves detailed Song Portfolio as a spreadsheet

Download Spreadsheet Executive Summary - Automatically saves Executive Summary pages only as a spreadsheet

Delete Portfolio – Will delete current Portfolio highlighted/shown

Rename Portfolio – Type revised name in "New Portfolio Name" box and click "Save Changes" bar

To pull up list of pre-existing Portfolios, click on scroll-down bar located top center (will list all created Portfolios)

Create New Portfolio – Type new report title in "New Portfolio Name" box, click "Save Changes" and add new songs to Portfolio (detailed above)

To View Song Portfolio:
Your Song Portfolio can be viewed by clicking on requested option (upper right side of page):

- View Full Portfolio – 7 Day (rolling)

- View Full Portfolio – Building

- Executive Summary – 7 Day

View 7-Day Song Portfolio (rolling):

Once in 7 Day Song Portfolio, to show only one specific format, click on scroll down bar (center, top of page, under Artist/Song Title) and highlight format
Within this chart, by clicking on any blue column header, the information within the chart will re-sort in ascending or descending order, usually by spins or alphabetically
If a particular sort option is requested, the entire Portfolio will be resorted in this fashion

- Peak Date (date song received most spins to date)

- Peak Spins (number of spins on peak date)

- Peak Chart (highest chart position)
