Reports provides year-end information for 2005, 2004, 2003, 2002,
2001, 2000 and 1999,
as well as individual station archived data from 1991
- 1999.
To Access Archived Reports:
Click Archived Reports from the main menu
bar.
Select one of the following:

2004 Year-End Reports
2003 Year-End Reports
2002 Year-End Reports
2001 Year-End Reports
2000 Year-End Reports

Selections for 2005, 2004, 2003, 2002, 2001, 2000 and 1999 Year-End Reports:
Songs
By Station - Shows the most played
songs for the station and year selected.

Select
a year and click Songs By Station
·
Type
station call letters in the white box and click GO.
·
Click
Year-End Song.
Artists
By Station - Shows the most played artists from that station for the
year selected.
·
Select
a year and click Artists By
Station
·
Type
station call letters in white box and click GO.
·
Click
Year-End Artists.
To view all song titles played
by an artist at the station selected:

Click on the
artist to see the entire list of songs played at that station during the
year selected, ranked by the most played titles.
The
report can be re-sorted by clicking on any heading.
Songs
By Format - Shows the most played
songs in the format for the year selected.

Select
a year and click Artists By
Format
·
Click
the desired format.
Artists By Format - Shows the most played
artists of that format for the year selected.

Select
a year and click Songs By Format
·
Click
the desired artist.
To view all song titles played
by an artist in the format selected:

Click on the
artist to see the entire list of songs played at that station during the
year selected, ranked by the most played titles. The report
can be re-sorted by clicking on any heading.

Select a station and year (years range from 1991-1998)
Select Most
Played Songs, Alpha
By Artist, or Most
Played Artists
Select Currents or Gold
Library
Click Show
me to view the report.
Understanding
the Pre-1999 Station Archive Report:
The Station Archive Report shows Rank, Artist,
Title and Song Play Index.
The Song Play Index ranks the titles in these
reports; the songs are not by actual spins.
For example: if you select KAJA,
1998, Most Played Songs
the most played song is Tracy Byrd "I’m From The Country" with
a Song Play Index of 100.0
The number 2 song is George Strait "I Just Want To Dance With You"
with a Song Play Index of 95.5.
This means George Strait "I Just Want To Dance With You" was
played 95.5 % of the time that Tracy Byrd "I'm From The Country"
was played.
