Custom Reports

A Custom Report allows you to select any number of radio stations to create your own playlist chart based on these stations.

 

To Get Custom Reports:

To Create a Custom Report:

  1. Type in new report name in the box Untitled at the top of page .

  2. Select as many format boxes as you wish under Format header (left side of page). Only stations with these formats will be displayed.
  3. Click the stations that you wish to include in your report. If you click the Sort by Station/Market header, the station list will re-sort by station call letter or market.
  4. The stations that you clicked on will appear in the Your Panel column.
  5. Click the Save Custom Panel bar to save your Custom Report/Panel.
 
To add a new station to your list
Click on a station from the Available Stations list

To delete a station from you panel
Click on the station in the Your Panel menu - this will remove the station from your list
 
Chart Options:
You may select Currents, Recurrents, Gold, or any combination by clicking the check boxes on the right.
You can change the minimum number of spins or stations shown on your report by entering a number in the boxes on the lower right side.

To View Custom Panel:
Click View Custom Panel (located far right, bottom)

To delete your Custom Report
Click the Delete Custom Panel box at the bottom of the screen.


To revise (add/delete stations) your Custom Report

Click the station in your panel to delete or go back to above steps to add station.

Click Save Custom Report to re-save your custom report.

 

How to Read Custom Report Playlist Chart Headings (reading from left to right):

New (far left side) - re-sort by Artist/Songs with new spin detections from past 7 days (TW) that did not appear in previous 7 days (lw)

Station Rank - rank is by lw (last week) followed by TW (this week). Artist/Songs are initially ranked (sorted) by TW total spins

Artist - ranked by spins. Click artist name or song title to see 7-day Song Analysis for artist/song

Title - ranked by spins

Year - year song first released/first detected spins

Plays - columns for total spins for TW (this week) and lw (last week) based on your selected panel of stations.

+/- - difference in total spins from previous 7 days (TW - lw)

Station spins are listed separately for each song under individual station call letters (far left side of page). Click on the number under the station column to view the detailed 7 Day Spin Grid (spins broken down by day and hour) for the last four weeks at selected station

On - # of stations in the report where the song had at least the designated number of spins you selected for your Custom Report.

 

Custom Report/Panel Playlist Chart - Additional Features:

Click List Stations by Call Letter (alphabetically) or List Stations by Order Defined (the order in which the user added the station to panel)

List Stations by Market Rank: displays stations ranked by market size

Show Record Labels: displays corresponding record label for songs

Download to Spreadsheet: allows you to save to an excel spreadsheet

Print 40 Songs Per Page - prints 40 songs per page, instead of 20 songs per page
