Daily Logs & Analysis

To get to Daily Logs & Analysis:
·   Click Daily Reports from the main menu bar
·   Click Daily Logs & Analysis 

To access Daily Log for an individual station:
·   Select find by Station (type call letters in bar) or Market (type market/city name in bar)
·   Click GO button.  
    - or - 
·    Browse By Format (click GO button)
·   Use filter options to pinpoint requested station:
       - The default is All Formats sorted by Market
       - You may select a specific Format
       - You may sort by Station Call Letters
       -  Scroll to the station that you want and click on your selection.
 
To View a Specific Report and Date:
·   Select a report by clicking Report drop-down menu and highlight requested report

·  Click Date drop-down menu, scroll to specific date, highlight and click to select a different date. The default date is most recent date station was monitored (previous day).

 
Specific Daily Station Reports:
Select a Report from the following options: 
 
Hour by Hour: 24 hour (12 midnight through 11:59 PM) log listing all songs played. Also includes break times (commercials and/or recorded promos) as well as notes on special programming.
 
Alpha By Artist: List of all songs played during day broken down by artist (alpha), song title and hour(s) spin was detected.  
 
Core Artist: Rank of artists with three on more songs played during the day, sorted by artist, number of different tracks played and total combined spin detections for day.  
 
C/R/G Ratios: C (Current - song that is approx. 14 weeks or less weeks old, not showing any significant downward chart movement) / R (Recurrent - song that is approx. 14 weeks to 1 year old, peaked on chart, showing significant downward chart movement) and G (Gold - song that is approx. 1 year + old). Ratios of C/R/G broken down by total plays per day as well as by dayparts.
 
C/R/G Ratios – 30 Days: Overall C/R/G data for past 30 days  
 
Vintage Analysis: Percentage and total number of songs played during day broken down by year song first initially received airplay. This information is broken down by hour as well as by dayparts.  
 
Songs Per Hour: Total number of songs played during individual hours as well as by daypart broken by number and average.
 
Most Played Songs: Regardless of C, R or G status, rank of songs sorted by artist, song title, total spins during day at station (songs receiving at least 2 or more spins during day).  
 
Currents: Most played Currents (song that is approx. 14 weeks or less weeks old, not showing any significant downward chart movement) sorted by artist, song title and total spins during day at station.
 
Recurrents: Most played Recurrents (song that is approx. 14 weeks to 1 year old, peaked on chart, showing significant downward chart movement) sorted by artist, song title and total spins during day at station.  
 
Gold: Most played Golds (song that is approx. 1 year + old) sorted by artist, song title and total spins during day at station.

Other Market Stations: Another monitored station within the same market (dropdown menu located in upper left side)
 
Other Station Reports: Another report for same station (dropdown menu located in center top)

Other Dates: Another date for same station (dropdown menu located in upper right side)
