Scroll to the end of the Mediabase home page.
Click (New Music Notification CD icon)
A new Window will open. Complete the appropriate boxes:
From: Type in your name
Title, Artist and Label: Enter Title, Name of the Artist and Record Company.
Additional Comments: Type any other relevant information.
Select Formats where song will receive air play.
Click Send Notification. Your product notification will be e-mailed to Mediabase to inform us that product is on its way.
A new page will inform you where to mail the product.
